I am overseas and need to log into public mobile account but the time allotment for receipt of verification code email is too short. What can I do?

Hi @greg12 might not be PM problem but your email sync settings. After you request the code, go to your mail app and keep refesh i manually, usually you drag down to cause a manual refresh with server

Tried that but got otp expired message. It takes 7-8 minutes for verification email to get to me.

Hi @greg12 the time count you see is NOT the time you can use the code. It is just a time you need to wait to ask for new code. The system try to avoid ppl keep asking for new code
So, you can still use the code even the counter say 0
