watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond to you. BTW; while you wait for an agent to help...let us know what the issue is. Maybe we can help even before Customer Support does.

if you already opened a ticket, then monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right, or use this direct link: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage  ).  CS Agent will reply to you there.  Usual turnaround time is within 4 hours
