Tickets not dealt with, no response from support at all

Am thinking of moving to another carrier, as non of my recent support tickets have been answered. I have not had any response to my request for a QR code, despite repeated requests. Customer service is appalling at public mobile

I already have bought yet another eSIM, but it won’t load on my new phone so needed a QR code, but no response despite many tickets submitted. The app doesn’t help either!

if you need a new esim, log in to your account using the Public Mobile app. There, you can buy an esim. If it's a replacement esim, you should get it for gratis.

The Community Forum is the best place to ask questions and start process of getting customer support. We can usually get answers quicker than PM support.
