I created another account and have not activated the other account as I wanted to get the promotion. So I have a credit on that account that I would like to be transferred and other account that’s in my name closed.

Is there any specific question that community members can help with? We are customers like yourself, but often can offer advice and troubleshoot that does not require CSA involvement. However, if you need direct account help. we can help with these issues.
