Good day. I would like to change my subscription to the $34.00 Boxing special for 50 Gigs and services. However, I am unable to as it won't allow me. Any reason why or any assistance I can get to fix this issue I am experiencing?
I created another account and have not activated the other account as I wanted to get the promotion. So I have a credit on that account that I would like to be transferred and other account that’s in my name closed.
