You open a ticket with Chatbot? To get an update, you are best to go back to your Community inbox, change to Sent item, you will see the ticket you set. Reply that for CS_agent and ask for update

@arifakhan This is public forum of customers like you and myself trying to help one another . If you created ticket you need to check your community inbox for supports reply . Or nudge them again for a update on your issue
