1. I see I have 52,000+ points. I also see that each point is worth $1! That would be ridiculous to the point of absurdity. Simply not possible!
2. How do I pay for my monthly subscription using reward points? I see no way for a path forward within the app.
3. How do I remove my credit card from the profile?

Thank you. I am now successfully using my points, and no, I am keeping my number.
Thanks.

@JimRockford_PI "Can I use these points even if my acct has not been recharged but I a well within the 90 days? "
Yes, but only to purchase services within that account. As noted already, if you are willing to give up your phone number you can likely find someone to buy the account. 🤔

points cannot be transferred. If people buy those points from you , you will have to give up your current phone number as they will have to take over your account.

Does anyone want to buy these points from me for a discount? My account is out of charge and I am planning on moving. So, I can't use them.

Okay, I looked at it again. I have 52.631 points. 😂 Am I looking at this right - a decimal after the 52?

1. that is a great achievement. I have a friend with 3500 points, but still not close to 52000 points you have. So, you referred many friends?
2. you need to go to My Rewards portal (https://myrewards.publicmobile.ca/), go to Catalogue and choose $20 bill credit and redeem 20 points for $20. Since you have 52000+ point, you have lots of "clicking" to do
3. To remove credit card, you have to ask PM CS support to help. Please open ticket with PM support:
And if you have 52000+ points, consider moving the Koodo. They will move your remaining balance over as well. But to do so, you need to redeem all your reward points into Available funds, then use Fast Switching to switch to Koodo Postpaid service. More info here:
