Never-ending loops of error messages and nonsense. What a horrific experience so far.
I signed up 2 days ago but yeah it didn't work. Like everyone else apparently.
Took my money, no functions like calls or texting working.

Unfortunately, that link that was previously provided is the only way to get in contact with the Customer Service Agent. The is an overwhelming amount of ticket volumes that is unprecedented. The backlog to get a response is looking to be 1 day or more. It isn't a reassuring thing that you might want to hear at the moment, but this is a temporary issue that will eventually get resolved when you get a response from the Customer Service agent. Hang in there!

The service tkt submission page will not work either. It's been so many hours of trying. Why not just provide an email where we can send the information. This is ridiculously difficult.

we can try to help but you have to tell us more than "loops of error messages" , we need to know what those errors are , which stage of activation you are at and what you have tried
