After 80 days, my port out request finally succeeded.
Now I have noticed that Public Mobile was charging me for service while my account was on hold for 90 days.
I explained this in a message to them and got hit with your port out happened the 1 day into your billing so we had to charge you for the entire billing and can't do anything because now your account is deactivated.
Note that the issue that I shouldn't have been charged at all for those 90 days because my account was on hold was ignored.
I suggest anyone who uses Public Mobile considers whether they will have ever deal with customer support. Yes, the telecos in Canada are notoriously bad, but the customer support is excellent compared to PM. The agents can actually comprehend what your complaint is with other carriers.

Honest, this is not a PM problem. PM is a prepaid provider and do not provide refund. It is normal they will not refund your fees even it is just day 1. You should have planned your port out day and not wasted your money
