When I try to dial a long distance number , the program says that I don't have a active long distance add on. My plan is for 100 minutes per month and I know I haven't gone over. When I set up this plan Sept 12 , the phone was fine.

Does the call go through? Or does it get disconnected?

@Teri If you have minutes then that message appears when you are dialing an incorrect area code. Check the number and make sure the number is correct.

Do you see the 100 minutes talk tracker in your add on section in your overview page? If not, that means that you ran out of minutes. You likely ran out of minutes from your description.
You could buy a $5 Cdn talk add on for 500 minutes, with unused minutes rolling over each month.

Log into your self serve account and check under data and add-ons to make sure you have not used up your LD minutes.

That is strange. Did you add 1 before the phone number? or you were dialing some number outside of Canada?
