The Refer-A-Friend credit was not applied

I opened a second PublicMobile account, and I did so by using the 'refer-a-friend' option.

Unfortunately, it's been over 2 months, and I see no 'refer' credit applied on any of the accounts.

Hello, 

I had a third account which was receiving the credit. This was confirmed after contacting Gaby, the support agent. 

 

Thank you all for the replies, this issue has been resolved.

Do you see last 4 digits of 'referred friend' on your account? That would mean you applied referral code correctly and it is a case to contact agent for explanation.

hi if you do not see the 10 dollar credit or the 1 dollar credit  per cycle in either account then the person who was supposed to  receive the 10 dollar referral must contact a cs agent
