This isn't a question, just observations and comments..
My phone stopped working, so I called 611 and when I tried to make a payment with my preregistered credit card, it kept saying that my card was invalid and to contact my bank. However I know the card works because my husband's phone renewed with out any problem. I then logged into my account with my PC, and WOW! talk about awkward, and slow! Once I got through the new 2 step verification, I went to the payment area, which took a good 3 minutes to load ( we have a 50Mb/s fiber service) and then the fun began. Every time I would click on make a payment, it would go to the "Change Subscription" page. After 10 tries, I finally got to the correct page and with 1 click the payment was made. So Why could I not do it from 611? Even typing out this comment has taken close to 5 minutes because the page is sooo slow. The phone service is great! I have 0 complaints. But when there is an issue... it's difficult at best to resolve online.

Diddo! Exact same scenerio as above but i've this every month for the past several months! I LOVE Public Mobile but this messing around with the website has to STOP! Go back to original! I never wanted 2 step- and highlighted not to have it- and still get it. I also cant log into my account mostly 100% of this time! I've been trying since last night! On of these days I'll just leave....

Bar none, @Cats67 , the self-serve site and the app are painful.
I know when I need to access either, it's an exercise in extreme patience.
It boggles my mind why Public Mobile cannot remedy this.
But it always come down to this...

Yes indeed. I feel your pain. I felt ghat way also when I first signed up. Still feel that way today. Luckily, i don't sign into my account unless necessary. Regrettably. But it usually takes about 1-2 minutes on average for me.
I'm glad that you were able to make the payment. I have seen others report trying for days unsuccessfully....

@Cats67 Yes the site certainly has some kinks at times not always the smoothest experience . But is usually functional. I know I still get butterflies when loggin with what might happen today the continuous log in of death suspended account wrong plan displayed or that I’ve purchased some add on successfully LOL . And the cache issues so it’s advised to always open a new browser when logging in
