It s write unlimited text and picture outside the country ??? Means when I m out the country or from Canada and outside Canada ?

Unlimited text is incoming and outgoing when the phone is in Canada.  You can send and receive unlimited text from anywhere in the world, while in Canada.  

Public mobile does not offer services outside Canada and the United States.  NO international roaming with Public mobile.  In the United States, you will need to buy US roaming 10 day add on packages.
