When I try to send a text,it won't allow me to.It say it will be sent when services is available.???? What in earth is this,my bill paid,I don't have proxy numbers set can you help please

I'm not tech savvy so not sure,I would like the Proxy settings please as Walmart never gave me them

@maryheavyn - sound like a network/connection issue. 

Try:

  • restarting your phone
  • toggle into then out of airplane mode
  • perform a reset of the device's network settings
  • Remove your SIM card, then gently reinsert it.
  • If still issue, try your SIM into another phone to see if services work

Do you use Native SMS app (came with your phone's OS) or third party app?

@maryheavyn are you able to receive text?  Are you able to send to some numbers and not just this one?  Is it within Canada or international?

Was 'text" ever work on your phone/account before?

are you sending text or iMessage/RCS?  what colour is that?

if it is iMessage/RCS, please turn on your Mobile Data

if it is true text, try to click Reset All networks and see if it helps
