When I try to send a text,it won't allow me to.It say it will be sent when services is available.???? What in earth is this,my bill paid,I don't have proxy numbers set can you help please

@maryheavyn are you able to receive text? Are you able to send to some numbers and not just this one? Is it within Canada or international?

Was 'text" ever work on your phone/account before?
are you sending text or iMessage/RCS? what colour is that?
if it is iMessage/RCS, please turn on your Mobile Data
if it is true text, try to click Reset All networks and see if it helps
