I’m not able to respond to some of my texts. Some come back “Not Delivered”. What do I have to change on my setting?

Do you have an iPhone set up with iMessage? And texting another iPhone and you are not on wifi or data?

@Cliff_Heidel  I have experienced this as well. Although I only encountered it while travelling and I noticed that in some areas with normal reception (bars) I could not send or receive texts. It seemed to be a dead zone. Is this occurring at your home, work and various other locations? Or are you only seeing it while you are in one location?

SMS not sending is sometimes rectified by restarting/rebooting the device.
