Greetings;
For the lat two months, after only couple of weeks I get
an automated message that I only have few outgoing texts
available and should order an add-on.......!
But to my surprise when checked, I only recognize few that I
myself have sent with the destination number, but then so many
other ougoing texts that I do not with "short code" destination number!
What are these outgoing texts? Just today I again recieved the same message
only after a week in to my plan that I have used 41 texts out of my allowed 50!
Again, I only recognize few that I have sent with legit destination number!
Any help is much appreciated.

The text messages automatically being sent to "7723" are from your Phone app and they are sent whenever your phone is restarted. To block these, you can specifically set the Phone app permission for SMS to off. You will be able to text still using your Messages app as per normal... Here is how I did it on my Android phone:

Hi and thank you for replying.
The short code is: 7723 and over 8 days there are 37 of them!
My plan has only 50 outgoing so I'm already almost out!

The usual suspects!
But I'm more concerned about the "sign in to network, Public Mobile"
Edit= The Short Code is: 7723. I counted the texts, out of 41, only 4 is mine and the rest
are all the above mentioned Short Code! And over only 8 days!

So were you able to find those SMS permissions settings? Or any other apps that want to send a text?

Hello and thank you for replying back.
It's a Google Pixel 3 XL and I do not "Reboot" my phone frequently.
Unfortunately right now the Public Mobile site is closed for maitanance
so I can't look for the short code but just remembered that I keep getting
this notification: "Sign in to network: Public Mobile"
And when I tap on it, it tries to sign in to public mobile site and after a minute
it says: Sorry your data plan is out or something in that effect. My plan is only
50 minute voice and 50 texts and I always keep Wifi anyways. It's a bit wierd!

This is your phone trying to set things up with other servers.
If Android, you can disable SMS in the dialer. Look for other apps that want to send SMS in their permissions.
Please let us know what the "short code" is. It's different but standard for either Android or Apple.
Edit: although it sounds like Android. Each phone restart does it again...assuming you restart your phone somewhat often.

@MANU4EVER Are you using iphone? Sometimes people have the messages sent through wifi or data, but actually didn't. Possible that your imessage sent through your text message.
