I've recently moved to Public from Virgin. I purchased a new Sim card and have moved my contacts over. I am however unable to send or receive texts from most of them. Any thoughts? Took it to a kiosk but they were unable to assist and think it may be a faulty sim card.

iPhone or Android?
Start with Reset All networks
if iPhone, update the Carrier profile, disable iMessage, reboot and enable it back. And if Android, clear text app cache

@Duffy69 Can you test the SIM card Ina mother phone to try ? Also try resetting network settings see if that helps . If same you can send support a message to investigate
