Texting not working

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I switched from Virgin Mobile on Tues. 20th. (xxx-xxx-xxxx). I used an e-sim setting as it said my phone (Motorola G) was compatible. I can not send or receive text messages. Phone calls are okay. 

Please help.

did you try reboot your phone once and try Reset all networks?
