Texting and sending pictures

I have this problem often, even when I have my data on, pictures won’t send. I also don’t always receive people’s text, or they come very delayed. And with sending texts, should I have it set to mms or sms?

I am using a fairly new iPhone, iPhone 14. I have those settings but my APN starts with isp, not so, not sure if that makes a difference.

what phone are you using?

Telus (PM) has retired some legacy servers and old phones from 2017 before will be affected

and check if you have these APN settings

MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
