Texted loyalty promo code for free data

Received text msg with promo code to receive free data. Where is the field to enter this promo code? It is not under Subscriptions & Add ons as advertised.

I got the same thing. I entered it in the  on the website and kept getting an "invalid code" response. I had to connect with chat support and they manually added it for me. If it doesn't work for you following the steps linked above, you may need to contact support.
