Hi, we have 4 phones with public mobile. 3 of us got the latest text offer. The 4th had offers turned on but didn't get the offer. Is there anyway to subscribe to the deal without getting the text ? Thanks for your help.

Thank you for the information. I have tried to ask both ways- pm cs agent and submitting a ticket. I'm just waiting for a response.

the offers are targeted offered and PM usually sent different offers in different batches.
you can try to ask support to check if they can offer you the same one on your 4th account, but YMMY
Please open ticket using the 4th account:
1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
