Text not working

Stop sending me to a bot and give me a person to talk to my text messages aren't working its been more than 4 days.

An agent will reply at the envelope icon top right or tap your avatar for Messages if no envelope.  The chatbot is the preferred method and is said to be quicker.

Understand your frustrations.  There is no customer service via phone with Public mobile. No live chat service.  That keeps PM customer service costs lower so supposedly can offer cheaper plans for customers.

That's what I'm trying to do but you need to have 5 things to answer a email that then will send me in a loop or hear me out a PM administrative could reply to this with a working phone to call so I talk to them about it as this is joke.

Are you a new customer?  Who just ported over?  

Known texting issue after porting from another company. 

You could try a network reset of your phone (note; this will erase any saved Wifi passwords). 

If that does not work, you will need to submit a ticket for CSA help.

The top link sends you to the chatbot automatically to create a ticket in with a CS_Agent. The lower link sends you a private message to CS_Agent.

Also we are not actual PM employees, just customers helping customers.
