I am not receiving my text messages on this phone.  They are still going to my last phone which is an iPhone - previous Bell mobility.  We ported number over last Sunday.

HI @Debra2   It is a iPhone issue and not PM

 

Make sure your iOS is updated

 

on the old phone

 

 

Step 1: Open Settings.

 

Step 2: Go to Phone and then My number.

 

Step 3: Manually remove  the number in this field.

 

Turn your phone on and off again to reboot the settings.

 

 

On the new phone

 

Step 1: Open Settings.

 

Step 2: Go to Phone and then My number.

 

Step 3: Manually change  the number in this field.

 

Turn your phone on and off again to reboot the settings.

How about incoming/outgoing calls? What number other see when you call/SMS them?

It could be SIM provisioning issue. One way to resolve it is to put your PM SIM into another phone and that should trigger re-provisioning of your SIM/account and might resolve your issue.

If issue is still not resolved you will have to contact agent for assistance.

 

Did you reply Yes for SMS from Bell withing 90 minutes or port request?

@Debra2 hi remove your phone number from your apple id  settings in your old iphone reboot that phone go back in to see if it's clear of that number
