My texts are not working I need help

You are a new customer?  Just ported over?  

There is a known texting issue.

You will need to contact customer service agent by submitting a ticket.  Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit a ticket.  It will take about several hours to 1-2 days for response.  Check your private message inbox for response.

Yes, my calls are working and data too, I tried those steps but it is still not working!

Before we go any further, does your calling, both in and out, and data work?

try rebooting your device and resetting network connections as a first troubleshooting step.
