My friend just joined PM, but at her workplace, she couldn’t send text messages out on app, her data supposes be 4G but only showing 3G, she tried only turn on eight working WiFi or data , or both, but can’t send messages out, don’t know what’s wrong

Probably because the location, she did get LTE most times, only when she in the hospital building 3G

@Lhaha The SMS texting issue is something support has to fix as already mentioned but for the 3G problem, is it all the time or just when she makes phone calls? If it's all the time then she may have the phone set to connect to 3G rather than LTE, she can check that in settings, if it's only when making phone calls it could be a VoLTE issue.

@Lhaha , new accounts have reported having issues with SMS. Please use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket to resolve that. With respect to network connectivity, the plan speed has nothing to do with network connectivity. Depending on hardware and location conditions, a connection to any of 5G/4G/3G network is possible regardless of the chosen plan. What phone is being used that is only getting a 3G connection?
