Trying to open bank website not success can’t receive text from bank website,
talk to Bank representative, after testing A few things Finally that Public Mobille block text massage from MBO , prevent from me to open the website,

I think it would be easier to download the BMO banking app on your phone so your won’t have this issue.

When did you sign up with PM? Usually verification codes from banks, etc. need some time to start arriving to new number. Particularly if you ported number.
Can you receive SMS from other phone numbers?
You mentioned you cannot open BMO site. I assume using your phone... What error message do you get? Maybe mobile BMO site does not like some settings on your phone? Did you try any other bank?

@Vtan - new activated accounts normally take a bit longer to allow short codes to be received on the device/account.
If this is not a new account/activation, try performing a reset of the network settings on your device.
You could also try to insert the SIM into another phone and see if the text comes through on that one.

@Vtan What is MBO? or you meant BMO?
and you have been with PM for sometimes, right?
