Tenure and ATU Redemptions

I have a question about tenure and ATU redemptions. I used to enjoy a $4/month discount on tenure and $2/month on ATU. Do either of these get reflected in the new rewards program? I could wait a month to see how it works out, but I thought I'd ask so that any answer will be searchable by other community members.

Thanks in advance. 😊

It is actually worse than what the original person had replied - it is 10 points for the aniversary. Hence the actual deficient by this new robbing policy is $84 - $10 - $4.5 = $69.5 and it is much worse than what I had originally thought. That is a big chunk of $$$ that is now falling into the company revenue which was rightfully royal customers. I thought that the company cannot do that if they are offering a new policy, it must be considerate with the existing royal customers. It is something that just wont go with my conscious and intuition. Somehow I am surprised that the company can be still feeling comfortable with this plain appropriation of significant amount $$$ from royal customers.

This is kind of insane, whoever made this decision is openly robbing the people who joined the PM earlier. For example, normally tenure+ATU (5+2) $7/month = $84/year and now it is replaced with $4.5 (assuming a $25 plan) and $19 = $23.50; that is an outright robbery of $60/year. For ten years, that is a quickly $600 and for 30 years into the future, that is $1800

This amounts adds up so quickly. How could this policy being implemented without any protestations. I am not sure if the company decision makers had go how much bonuses for just implementing this "amazing and interesting" policy.

The thing - the end results - what this policy is virtually saying = the royal customers are being seriously penalized.

I had just noticed that I am seriously short of $$$ in bank account, and every month I had been seriously subsidizing the company who had made this "nice" switch over! I am still thinking how could a company do such a thing?

Unfortunately no. The rewards system is not as good. You will get 5 welcome points, 19 points on your anniversary date, 5% back of your plan and 1 point for every referral

HI @6227C1

sorry, with the new rewards system, the $4 loyalty and $2 autopay discount will be gone

but you will receive 5% of your plan price in points, and 10 bonus point on your anniversary date.  And you will still receive friend referrals as usual.  Also,
