Hello.
Is there a way for me to temporarily disable services (voice/data) on an account. I don’t want to withdraw payment just stop service for a short period.

Turn your service back on after supsension before 90 days or account gets closed.

Login to your account and disable the auto pay feature.
Account will go into suspension until you want to start services again and make a payment.

You can use the lost/stolen function to self-suspend the account. It will halt all services though, not just voice/data. There's a rewards bug for the next renewal if you're on the old rewards system.
