I went to public mobile's site and clicked "my account" which took me to eversafe. I logged in using the username and password I created earlier, which worked. It takes me to a page that says "Let’s complete your activation.", so I click "Resume activation". It takes me back to eversafe, and the username and password from earlier doesn't work. If I click "Sign up" instead, I enter my e-mail, it says it sent me a code, but no matter how many times I ask for a new code none of them work. Seems like EverSafe is broken?

The mobile app worked! Not sure why the website wasn't working. Oh well, thanks!

I did originally do it in Icognito but it didn't work, I'm going to try the mobile app.

hi @Eric_Ch try again using Incognito/Private/secret mode on the browser and see if it helps
if not, submit ticket with CS agent for them to help
