I made mistake when I was sent the text to accept transfer my number to public mobile, I had the wrong sim card in, now cant received calls, help

@Willo - so you porting over an incorrect number from another provider? I would make sure you contact that other provider to ensure you can still activate it or it is not lost if you accepted an SMS text to port it over here.
Hopefully that phone number sorted things out for you.
If not, submit a ticket with Public Mobile representatives (CSA) for help; click this link: for issues with transfer/porting of phone numbers over to Public Mobile.

You need your old SIM in your phone to get the text confirming you are porting to PM.
If you are porting out of PM, leave the PM SIM in your phone to reply to the text.

@Willo do you want your phone number transfer into PM or you just have problem with the wrong Sim card number?
If you have a wrong sim card number, you can fix it
If you didn't not want to port the number into PM, you will have more work to do. You will need to port the number back out to another provider
give us more info to what you did and what you want
