Does anyone know if PM recognizes Telegram X as text and picture messaging or does it deduct data from ones allotment ?

Telegram X is an instant messaging/chat application. It doesn't use SMS/MMS protocols and doesn't send picture or video messages. While chat applications can be used to share pictuers with a another person, this isn't what carriers have traditionally referred to as picture messaging.

It's neither text message nor MMS message. These are instant message that use your internet connection. It will use your data or Wi-Fi connection.
