I just bought SIM card for a prepaid plan (40 Dollar for unlimited talk and text, 4,5 GB). When we try to use the phone it says "sorry, talk is not included in your plan". What do we need to do? Thank you very much for your help!

Restarting the phone should do the trick. Otherwise, if you see a talk plan on your self serve, contact the mods

I assume that you activated your SIM/phone number either online or at a vendor like Walmart. Not sure whether you ported your number over from a different mobile company. It can sometimes take 1-2 hours for the number to port over (longer if landline or VOIP). It does take time for things to be activated.
If you are still having issues, you may need to contact moderator for assistance.
