TEN DAYS without incoming calls / texts now.

I sent a message last week to the mods and I still haven't gotten a response. My port is incomplete and I've spent 10 days now without full service. 

I'm porting from a VoIP provider so I'm worried that it's going to take even longer to complete the port when (if) someone even ever gets to my request...
