I have this plan for a long-distance use only since I have another service to use for the other needs. It doesn't go through when I tried to call. Would you late my calls connected or do I have to cancel my plan with you guy? I don't know what to do since my calls can go through.

You said you only use for long distance. What plan are you on?
Are you receiving a message saying you 'do not have long distance' or 'you are out of minutes'?

Firstly, @Changmut , you're chatting with OTHER customers here so .... yeah.
Try rebooting your device, resetting network connections.
Check your account status - is it listed as ACTIVE?
Call 611, what messaging do you hear?
