HOW TO Enable MMS on Samsung

I recently have experienced problems with sending andis  receiving pictures sent in messages. I get an error message that it cannot download. My mobile data is enabled. I have tried restart.  This is a new problem.

MMS is APN problem. Check that first

@bobmady - sometimes a restart of your phone can fix this, 

Or there is a network issue in your area, but hopefully temporary. If you can try your SIM into another phone this would rule out (or in) a device issue,.

if that does not work, you could try to Reset All networks

I just looked at my S7 but did not see anything specific.

Data has to be ON in order to send/receive MMS. Using NATIVE - not third party texting app.
