I waited till my new P.M. sim card arrived and started the transfer process. After going through the 6 steps, I just get the notice that SUBSCRIPTION NOT ACTIVATED. It then says to get support. When I try to connect with an agent, nothing happens. How do I get an agent to help with this broken process?
