I waited till my new P.M. sim card arrived and started the transfer process.  After going through the 6 steps, I just get the notice that SUBSCRIPTION NOT ACTIVATED.  It then says to get support.  When I try to connect with an agent, nothing happens....
Transfer didn't work...was told to contact Support.  There is no support...does Public Mobile really have no agents to help get new customers working?
