Due to illness in Jan.24, I asked the bank to cancel all my credit cards. Now 2 1/2 mos. later I am well and have received a new visa card. I tried to reopen my account with public mobile but the system today would not accept my new card, although I know it's ok because I have used it several times with no problems. Appreciate help. Thanks

I just had this problem signing up to publicmobile for the 'first time'; not reactivating anything... It said there was a problem with payment but it seemed to be a bug in the website.. On reloading in a phone browser vs desktop and not entering a referral code.. It seemed to 'take it'. Seemed to get messed up on the 'tab order' and when to hit submit... Worth playing with; went through for me eventually....

It's best to reach out to a CS Agent to help you resolve this as the credit card system has been a hit and miss over the last few months. Bottom right corner the chat bubble. Enter Customer Service Agent.
