System won't accept my VISA DEBIT CARD

I haven't had my mobile long and I'm trying to make an online payment. I have tried many times and keep receiving the message that my bank won't allow the payment. This is not true. I've spoken to the bank and they Public Mobile hasn't even tried to take the money out with my card. I'm using the card correctly and have entered all the numbers and data correctly. They've suspended my account because they won't take my money. I'm on the verge of cancelling and just getting rid of this thing.

@ilannam, I have had luck with Visa Debit, but I had to enter another credit card first.  Then I later went in and changed it to my Visa Debit.  This was years ago though so that may not work now even though PM does say they accept Visa Debit I know many people seem to have an issue setting up autopay with it.

@ilannam When entering your debit/ credit card information:
1. Enter the credit card address exactly as it appears on your statement ( capitalize all if necessary ).
2. Leave the apartment field blank, if applicable enter your apt in the street address field ie xxx - street address.
3. Enter your postal code without spaces ( if there is a space on the credit card statement then enter the first 5 digits only with the space).

Try clearing your cache and history then try again.

 

Also try in incognito mode to use it. Another option for you is to use xoom.com you can debit directly from your bank and pay your phone bill. 

 

if you continue to have issues contact the moderators via SIMon click the question mark in the corner then type can apply payment then contact us. And open a ticket.

@ilannam , if you have tried using the same card several times without success, the card will get locked out by the system.  This is likely the case.  You will need to have the moderators unlock the card for you.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this link. The guided process will facilitate documentation of the issue or concern and the required resolution which will be submitted to the moderator team. Refer to this announcement link for additional details on smartforms and the ticketing system for moderator team interactions.
