When I log in, it will show either resume Activation or lback to log in page, buyt when i cliclk, resume, it will tell me system error, I can't log in

Go to your browser settings and clear the history, cookies and cache. This will resolve it. Then sign back in.
You can also try going in incognito mode if you're using Chrome.
