In our family, three of us have a $13, a $19 and a $29 plan. The only plans available for each of us for changing are all more expensive than our existing plan.  For us, PM will not let us downgrade to a cheaper plan. For the $13 plan, available plans are $19 and up.  For the $19 plan, available plans are $23 and up. For the $29 plan, available plans are $30 and up. YMMV.

hi @Bruins77 we all get different plans to change now

Login My Account and click Change Subscription and see what plans available for you. Hopefully you see the $27 or $29 plans, those 2 plans come with decent data

Public mobile has switched to personalized plan offers for existing customers.  Some of the more attractive plans are only for new activations.  Most of the personalized plan offers are "upgrades" to higher price plans with more data.  Occasional downgrade plans are offered (ie. cheaper plans).  Each existing customer will have different plan offers.

You can check your account and to see what plans are available.

The problem with getting a better plan is kind of like the problem with spinning a roulette wheel in a casino. You don’t know what you'll get for new plans until you see it.

Have you looked at what's available in your account? That should make it clear. If you don’t see anything good, contact customer service? Cos your current plan is out of step badly with the new ones.

Or go elsewhere. 2 gigs for 30$ these days is not good.
