Switching plans mid-cycle

I needed to upgrade my plan mid-cycle.

Are plans pro-rated?

No they are not prorated.  But do note that if you change plans mid cycle, you will not be credited for your rewards the first cycle.  Your rewards will continue in subsequent cycles.

they are not prorated, however, if you are going from a very low data plan to a significant one, just compare the difference between buying the add-ons and changing plans mid-cycle and forfeiting what’s remaining on your current plan.

It might just be worth switching mid-cycle vs the costs of data add ons.

@zazzoggle123  No sorry it’s why I’d advised to change plan on renewal and not immediately or you lose money on your current cycle

Public Mobile does not pro rate. Best to have it start the next renewal date so you don't lose any money. If you already did, sadly that is now lost as no refunds are permitted.
