Switching plans and not getting what was promised.

On October 10, I received a text from Public Mobile that said:

Public Mobile here. Don't miss out on this limited time off on a 4G subscription plan.

Reply YES to get 4G 1Gb plan for only $18/month.

Hurry, offer ends October 22, 2025.

This offer will be added to your account and will take effect on your next renewal date.

I replied YES.

And I was replied back:

Thank you. Your new subscription plan will be added to your account and will take place on your next renewal date. 

My renewal date was October 16th. Upon logging in, it clearly states I have $18/500Gb. I only ended up playing more for the same data. Also, the monthly points had decreased to .30 points from .75 points. What's going on?

it could be just a browser cache problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

 

if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
