Switching Plans

I currently have the bare minimum plan and want to switch over to something else. Is that something that can be done or would it be considered an add on?

Log in, pick an available plan you want, SCHEDULE plan change on next billing cycle and you are good to go.

Check your account to see which plans available to you.  Existing customers are offered personal different plan offers. 

As mentioned, it is difficult to downgrade plans later on. For existing customers, most plans offered are more expensive than existing plan. However, sometimes, slighly lower priced plans are offered.

you can easily change plan.  Login My Account, click Change Subscription on the top right and choose a plan.  If you don't need the new plan now, better use Change on Renewal option to schedule the plan change.  If you use Change Now, PM will charge you now to start the new plan

Login to your account on the PM app or website and go to Subscription-Manage Subscription-Change Subscription and it will list all plans you qualify to switch to.

Remember to switch plan on your Next Renewal date so you don’t get charged for the old plan plus the new plan.

Also, you won’t be able to switch back to your old plan so compare your old plan and the new plan before switching.
