Switched to PM still not getting any phone calls!

Hey if anyone could help that would be great! I switched from chatter 3 days ago and still i am not receiving  any phone calls it is going to my chatter account still! Also not able to get texts from some numbers . I have sent private messages twice abd still have not got a response. Thanks so much for any help

Thank you so much!! The only thing i didnt have was account number!! I just got it and will send a message with it!! 🙂 and good idea back on the old sim card for now haha

@Red741  you have a stuck port.  only mods can fix it.  they are on a 48 hour or so reply time.  did you send them your chatr account number ( you need to call chart to get it) and the name on your chart account?  as well as your pm pin.?

teh above are essential in order to improve reply time.  

that being said why not use your chart sim until teh port is completed?
