I switched to Koodo and have had an awful Time porting in my old number, long story short I don’t have access to my old phone or phone and my public mobile isn’t active now. Can’t seem to talk to any rep to help me at all.

When a number is ported out (from any carrier) to another carrier, the service associated with the old carrier with that phone number is always cancelled. Unfortunately, service cannot be resumed on your Public Mobile account. For assistance for porting to Koodo, please contact Koodo customer care.
