Just switched out to koodo, trasfrered number just now, auto-payment on PM set for 27th, how to I cancel? I went to change plan to $0 but greyed out. Does this mean the system sees that its trasfered and won't renew?

I would ask the moderator team to remove the credit card from the account if not done already.

Yes out of an abundance of caution, as long as you disable autopay...you should be fine.

There have been a few reports of AutoPay occurring after successful port outs. Do watch for this to happen.
For all users, if you’re planning to port out, PLEASE ensure you disable AutoPay, as you can’t deactivate after the port out occurs.

Keep an eye on your credit card statement to make sure that no payment is charged on what would have been your renewal date. If you are accidentally charged (though this is unlikely to happen), contact the Moderator Team for a refund.

Once you port out, your old account is expired/closed. You should not worry about it renewing on August 27.
