Switched my SIM card

I switched my SIM card and got a new one . I added the new SIM card number to my account , however it isn’t working .

hi @Adijah16 did you login to My Account  and made the change at Profile page? Try login again now using Incognito/private/secret  mode in your browser and check Profile page , check if sim card showing the new number.  If it is, reboot your phone once more

@Adijah16  Did you do it on lap top / computer not mobile device ? And have you rebooted the phone
