Hi,
I am currently on a $34/month plan and I want to switch to a lower plan to save some money because I don't use data as much. When I access my portal and try to switch the subscription, I don't see any lower plan like $25/month, most of the plans available to me are more expensive than my current plan. I asked a CS_Agent and he said I have to wait for up coming promotion (who knows how long it takes) or disconnect and re-activate, which I will lose all my reward points. Is this the options that I have? Thank you for any advise.

with a $34 plan now, i think the "cheapest" plan you will see is the $30
yes, with current PM strategy , you won't have too many choice for plans below your current rate. You can still "downgrade", just not all the plans
and $25 plan is no longer offered anyway

@MeganTran Sorry the $25 plan is no longer available , PM has recently made it harder to downgrade plans price , however we can all change to what ever plans appear in our accounts to change to . And remember to use the change on renewal option , so you don’t lose money on your current cycle PM is pre paid and no refunds for immediate plan change
adding if you port out and try to port back in on new account you will lose all rewards , but come Black Friday sales next month there will most likely be more attractive plans for all
