Hello,

A few day ago I bought a sim card on PM website + got $29 plan (10GB). I didn't get the sim card yet, but I see there is another plan for $29, but 20GB. Could you please let me know how to switch to 20GB plan?

Since you haven't registered the plan yet, reach out to a CS Agent for help.

Also, this SIM card you ordered may take several weeks to get.

To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.

Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99

 

Don’t worry about paying extra fees. You can reach out to a CS Agent and show them proof of purchase and they will gladly credit your account the amount paid, minus taxes.
